All-Inclusive Event Space (T4) - Open Gov Hub
DESCRIPTION
All of our rooms are all-inclusive, meaning one flat fee! That means you're not paying $200 to use a telephone, or $300 for an LCD projector, or $30 per flipchart! Everything you is included, no hidden fees! We're also a non-profit organization so events are tax-free! Our T4 Event Space comes with everything you need to have a successful conference, training, workshop, celebration, reception, retreat, or just about any other type of event. When you book our space, you receive the following free of charge: ▪ Tech: Full A/V, including high-speed wifi, large flat-screen TVs for wireless presentations or conferencing, built-in cameras, and on-site support, ▪ Event space comes with 6 flat-screens and ability to stream 2 different views simultaneously (for presentations/conferencing), ▪ Flipcharts, markers, and, in most rooms, a whiteboard, ▪ If your event is relevant to the interests of our members or the broader Open Gov Hub community, we are more than happy to provide valuable promotional support to help you get the word out! The T4 Event Space is 2,500 square feet of meeting rooms, breakouts, call rooms, kitchen & bar, ping-pong, networking, and a bright, positive space to think outside the box! Tables and chairs are moveable meaning the space is flexible and able to be set up how you want it! We have no restrictions on catering and you can bring your own alcohol as well, and feel free to use the 400+ square feet of whiteboards and put sticky notes on the walls, glass, ceiling - anywhere you want!

Special Restrictions
We do offer a discounted weekend rate, as well as for non-profits. Any event totaling more than $2,000 requires a 50% deposit within 1 week of confirmation. Cancellation policy: 75% of total refund if canceled within 3 business days of the event. If deposit has been paid, refund will still be 75% of the total price, not 75% of the deposit.
