Located in NW Portland close to 21st avenue, with a wide selection of restaurants, pubs, and building does include parking. Seating available with chairs or large floor pillows.

REVIEWS
Nice comfortable space, good value for groups under 40, beyond that it would be tight. Clean and has solid tech, thought not much support. Parking is limited, though there is some parking behind the building and must be accessed via alleyway (this should be clearly stated on the website and is not. The number of spaces is about 6 so car pooling should be recommended.
I loved this space, particularly the natural light from the skylights! The manager was wonderful and helped us in so many ways...even staying late while we packed up after our event. We would definitely rent this space again-it was perfect for our event.
We have held biennial professional development events in town for 8 years, and this was by far our best experience with renting a space. Jim was very helpful, immediately responded to all my emails, and made sure everything went as planned. We were very impressed with the space - it even has parking which is hard to find in Northwest Portland. Highly recommend!
