This bright and versatile office space is ideal for business meetings and lunch off-sites. It offers 1,500 sq. ft. complete with desks, couches, wifi, and patio area. The room boasts ample natural light and is spacious enough to host 25 people. A small patio area is located directly outside the office and features the East Bay heat we know and love. Catering is available as well as an additional outside seating area located downstairs. Please inquire for adjusted rates if you wish to include catering and/or the downstairs outdoor patio usage. We are in close proximity to 19th Street Oakland BART station (only .5 miles away) and in a safe and friendly neighborhood district featuring several local makers and small businesses.
