Event Space - The Park Showroom
DESCRIPTION
The space which is just under 8,000 sq ft has been renovated and restored to most of its original beauty. We've exposed the brick walls, wooden floors, 22 ft ceiling moldings, and industrial beams. We've also added a second floor mezzanine, Bar area, second floor loft which houses our barbershop, as well as two large garage doors that face Los Angeles st. Our space is located on the ground floor with direct access to the street in front and alley way access in the rear. We also have a massive load in freight elevator that makes load in a breeze (18 ft L x 9 ft T x 4 1/2 ft W) ... The rear parking lot which holds 200 + cars and alley way access is a huge plus for any large production and you'll have full access to them directly from our space. Over the past 6 months, we've worked with SpikeTV for the 2013 VGX awards, as well as Haymaker TV, Lifetime, Procter & Gamble, Gibson Guitars, and a few others.
