DESCRIPTION
The Poet's Den Gallery and Theater is a hidden treasure box located in East Harlem on 108th Street and 2nd Ave. The Art Gallery is located on the 1st floor of the Magnolia Mansion, with the Theater 3 doors down. We cover the entire spectrum of the arts from off-Broadway plays, readings, film screenings, and musicals to name a few. The gallery is a very spacious room with lengthy walls adorned with beautiful high quality art by our exhibiting artists. The space has been used for a wide variety of events; to name a few: - Birthdays - Bridal Showers - Baby Showers - Networking Events - Script Readings - Political Events - Training Seminars - Holiday Parties - Art Exhibitions - Religious Events - Live Music Galas Our space can accommodate any event. The Gallery is capable of comfortably holding 100-120 standing persons. If the event requires tables and chairs, the space can hold 60-80 persons depending on the amount of furniture necessary. Tables and chairs are provided with the rental fee.
