Our large focus room, which fits up to eight people, is where you can work hard with your team, as well as impress your clients. This space offers a unique design, natural lighting and a modern feel. On North Michigan Avenue with more than 6,000 square feet of dedicated offices, coworking space and meeting rooms, we pride ourselves on having very flexible terms in a boutique space that has recently been upgraded. Our staff is on site to ensure a seamless experience. Enjoy our complimentary high speed internet, as well as whiteboards and flip charts available upon request. For an additional $9 per person per day, we also offer access to our full Nespresso bar with premium coffee, lattes and cappuccinos, assortment of tea, filtered and sparkling waters, soda, snack options and in-season fruits. Some of our additional services include: - Projector/Monitor/TV rental - Beverage Service: unlimited coffee, water, tea, sparkling water, soda and light snacks - Catering - Phone rental - Breakout spaces - Black & white or color printing - Administrative services - Fax, mail and e-mail service Before your event, we ask that you provide a list of attendees and any additional requests. Last week we held our first in-person team meeting since the pandemic started at the Be Office location at 444 N. Michigan Avene. We were excited to get together as a team and couldn't have been more pleased with the assigned boardroom. Everything was top-notch from the space, ease of access, cleanliness, and overall customer service. What truly made the experience outstanding was the white glove hospitality that was provided by Rhonda Harsch!! She was absolutely exceptional. When we return to Chicago for our next meetings we will make sure to book with BeOffice.
The meeting room worked perfectly for our needs, which were ever-changing thanks to the COVID-19 restrictions in place. The staff, particularly Adrian was so accommodating and helpful. We would definitely use BeOffice next time we are in Chicago.
Adrian and the team were very responsive to all our needs. The space was beautiful and the catering was spot on. If you need meeting space in Chicago, this is the place!
A nice place to set up a product demonstration in a business setting, after business hours. The security was high, so we did not have to worry once we started our event.
Rhonda was very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, I needed to download some conference call software onto the borrowed laptop and it didn't work so I was unable to host my conference call. They should have mentioned that no software can be downloaded to the laptop for conference calls.
We had a great experience and meeting at the BeOffice workspace. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to all of our needs. BeOffice will be the first place we look when booking all future offsite meetings.
