DESCRIPTION
Bluewater Resort has multiple different spaces available for rent. Great for HOA meetings, weddings, corporate parties, and more. Outstanding on-site catering is available. We can accommodate smaller venues. Our 3rd floor has a Conference room/ Venue for parties or weddings available for rental with a maximum capacity of 130 people. Rental is for the room only, and it ranges from 4hour rental to an 8 hour rental. There's a large screen in the center of the room that is available for access as a charge. This room can be used for small to large business meetings depending on how you would like the room set-up. We have 8 foot folding tables & padded chairs available for the business meeting set-up. For a party or wedding venue we can offer the use of our 8 foot folding tables or large round tables this is based on the number of people in attendance.
