DESCRIPTION
This quaint meeting or rehearsal space is approximately 850 sq.ft and located in our building in downtown Livermore. It can be set up as a meeting space with just chairs or chairs and tables or could be used as a rehearsal space with light props and sets. We also have small kitchen and a small office that can be used separately or in conjunction with the meeting and rehearsal space. Should you need to load lite settings or props, there is a large cargo door at the back of the space. We know that there is very limited affordable rental space in our neighborhood and are offering the space to non-profit organizations at $32/hour with a regular price of $45/hour.
