Special Restrictions
No smoking, including hookah or cannabis, is allowed inside of the venue. Only pre-approved catering, with appropriate licenses, etc., will be allowed at management's discretion. Caterer must have sufficient event insurance and current licenses.Caterers with DC license to serve are required for public events serving alcohol. Furniture and AV are NOT allowed to be removed from premise, including outside. No outside music or gathering. All activity must remain inside of venue. Any damages to the property, including excessive cleaning, will be charged to renter. Deposit equal to rental required at minimum and will be refunded in 3-5 business days after no damage has been verified.
