Newly painted, brand new chairs, and state of the art Epson LCD projector with plug n' play capabilities via USB. Room equipped with two huge 4'x8' dry erase whiteboards and DVD/CD player with surround sound. Have two different projector screens to allow versatility and the ability to arrange the meeting room to your needs. The larger 100" screen is remote control operated. Rental rates include free use of projector, whiteboards, DVD/CD system and high speed wireless internet. Outside catering available.

Special Restrictions
You will be given an access code that will only work during your rental period. You will be granted access at least 30 minutes ahead of your rental period to arrange the room to your needs and set up your meeting. You will also be granted an extra 30-45 minutes following your rental period to return the meeting room to it's original condition and setting. Food is allowed if approved in advance. We provide basic cleaning necessities for any spills or necessary clean up. Our independent business model allows for a lower rental rate than other providers.
