DESCRIPTION

Our Seaport room offers comfortable seating for 8-10 people. This room is perfect for large group. Conference calling phone is available. There is no video conferencing TV monitor in this room, but has an abundance of space for a projector and is presentation ready. The room provides ample space that will ensure your comfort and provide a beautiful view of San Diego Harbor. Come on up to the 12th floor, suite 1270 and check in with our receptionist. The Point Loma Conference room is located at the Emerald Plaza buildings, 12th floor, 402 W Broadway, Suite 1270, in downtown San Diego, just one block away from the Hall of Justice and all other court buildings. All reservation times must include set up and break down time. All amenities with fees will be charged on site. Please bring Visa/Mastercard. The reserving primary contact is in charge of all additional fees that the party accumulates. If you will not be using the technology available in the rooms please do not tamper with the devices. The property that you have not been given access to is not to be used unless granted permission by the present representative. A representative will always be on hand to help and answer any questions the day of your reservation.
