Our small office is windowed and includes one executive desk, one executive chair and two guest chairs. T3 Wireless and wired Internet and local calling in included with your rental. We have a staffed front desk to greet your guests/attendees and kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. Our location is walking distance to both the Eisenhower and King Street Metro stations, and offers quick access to I495. We offer free 2 hour guest parking to parties of 5 or less on our surface lot; all day parking and parking for groups of 6 or more available for just $7 per day in our adjacent garage.

REVIEWS

The conference room was an ideal place to meet with several prospective business partners. The receptionists at the front desk provided a professional welcome, and the entry foyer offered an attractive waiting area while our group was assembling. The coffee/tea/water service was self-serve in a shared kitchenette, where we had to wait briefly while several other clients were preparing their beverages. Our six-seat conference room was at the end of a long hallway and thus very quiet, which was ideal for our meeting. Although our meeting ran long, nobody else had booked the space following our reserved time, so we were able to continue uninterrupted and took care of the details with the front desk afterward: very convenient.

Although the overall office building was nice, the actual conference room we reserved however did not meet our expectations. It was advertised as a large room that would seat 25 in a u-shape formation. The tables did not match and included two card tables - giving it a less than professional decor. The chairs originally provided were a combination of appropriate office chairs with folding chairs. Our meeting was scheduled to last 7 hours and no one should have to sit in a folding chair for that length of time. We were the ONLY customers using the entire suite that day, yet the staff was not focused on ensuring that our expectations were met by securing tables and chairs that would work better. When we raised these concerns, they did not seem interested nor empowered to work with us to fix the issues. I would not recommend this space to others in the future which is a shame because the location and overall suite were very nice!
