STUDIO - SUPER FUTURE STUDIOS
DESCRIPTION
Our retro/ futuristic studio features 35' ceilings, three huge skylights, commercial kitchen and 12'x12' cyclorama. For nighttime events, the entire studio is outfitted with a Peavey PA system and sound activated LED bulbs that can transform the space into an ambient atmosphere or all out rave, depending on your mood. Perfect for birthday/ engagement/ any reason parties or a pop up gallery/ shop/ dinner. Basics Our capacity is 50 guests. We have 2 bathrooms for your guests so there is never a line. Cyclorama use is an additional fee. Catering and Alcohol Outside catering and beverages are welcomed! We have a full kitchen available for food preparation as well as basic bartending supplies. We also have a 3 compartment steel sink that can be filled with ice and beverages for a self-serve bar. 3-5 large trash bins are included in rental. Parking All rentals include 2 parking spots. There is plenty of well lit FREE street parking is available for guests (unheard of, right?) as well as a loading zone for set up and break down. Noise Live bands and DJ's are totally ok as we have zero noise restrictions. Feel free to create a playlist and just plug in to our PA system with a laptop or iPad as well.
