STUDIO ROOM Max Occupancy: 50 WEEKEND RATES (SATURDAY / SUNDAY) Rate: $285 (min. 3hrs) Additional per hr: $95 WEEKDAY RATES (MONDAY- FRIDAY) Rate: $195 (min. 3hrs) Additional per hr: $65 OUR HIGH-ENERGY FACILITY INCLUDES: 5 studios and 1 large 3500sqft event room Each studio is equipped with sound system, DJ / Special lighting, viewing windows, secuirty cameras in rooms, floating floors to prevent fatigue. Our spacious lobby has FREE WIFI, and is a great place to visit with friends, or do some work on your laptop. For our dancers with breaks, we offer a special “hangout nook” equipped with a microwave and vending machines. Our parking lot is in front of building and designed to easily drop off if needed with additional overflow parking across the street. Space is conveniently located near Fred Meyer, Thatchers coffee, a hair and nail salon, and multiple restaurants so you can run errands.

* No smoking in the building * Outside catering is allowed * Outside licensed bartender is allowed OVERTIME Per policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. As a vendor, The Montage at Groove Nation is an awesome venue! Fitted with a kitchen and a huge event center, this would be the perfect place to celebrate. They also have several other studios to use for other things during your event. In the event space is also a place where you can have a bar or just a plain old drink station. They have lights and staging if needed as well as a person in staff the whole time to help out with your needs! You need to check the space out :)
